Need help building a website? Just starting out and need a logo? Let us help! Applications for the Technical Assistance For Underrepresented Businesses Program are open! This is a non-monetary grant, free professional technical assistance services will be provided! This is a first come first serve grant, projects may take up to two months depending on client needs. Deadline to apply: October 1, 2025.

Logo Design
Website Development
Copywriting
Social Media Advising
Email Marketing (Mailchimp)
Digital Application Training
Referrals to relevant organizations (Legal, HR, Finance)
Referrals to reliable contractors (Product Photography, Videographer, Business Plan Support, etc.)
Eligibility Requirements:
You are a for-profit organization or individual who needs help getting started, sustain or grow your business.
Organization must have $5 million or less in annual gross revenue.
Organization must have 50 or fewer employees.
Principal place of business must be located within the State of Oregon (Sole proprietors operating under the owner’s name are not required to register with the State of Oregon).
