Jeff Sandberg
During the last 20 years Jeff Sandberg has completed over a thousand water efficiency surveys in the industrial, commercial, institutional and multifamily sector. These surveys have resulted in millions of gallons of reduced water consumption along with the associated reduction in water and sewer costs for Portland customers.
Penny Milton
Penny Milton is the residential focused Water Efficiency Coordinator at the Portland Water Bureau. She is dedicated to developing accessible and equitable opportunities for all customers to better understand and influence their water use. Prior to her work with the city, she spent most of her career in non-profit project management.
Matt Weatherly
Matt Weatherly has worked for the Portland Water Bureau for over thirteen years. For the past four years he has been promoting lead-in-water testing and prevention. In addition he co-manages the Water Quality Line where he effectively triages water system emergencies and provides technical expertise in water quality.
