Program Managers/Business Advisors:  

Essential Functions/Tasks at a minimum are:

Demonstrated time and task management skills  Experience with outreach to under-represented communities

Able to empathize with all interactions, particularly with challenges of small business owners 

Skilled in communicating clearly and holistically with other stakeholders and team members

Familiarity with business ownership and operations

Responsible for distribution of information verbally or online of information regarding programs available to all small business owner inquiries

Work with coordinator and board members as needed to report a timely and smooth transition of the execution of program mentioned above

Audit and validate data to ensure data is accurately entered 

Provide as needed related management for above mentioned small business owner programs

Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

Collect information on clients served and ensure outcomes are documented

Coordinate distribution of information verbally or online regarding programs available to all small business owner

Attend Government and Private Organization-initiated meetings on behalf of PACCO 

Manage 2-3 Projects at any given time

Manage & Train up to a maximum of 8 staff


Qualifications:
​

Business degree  and/or equivalent experience Strong written and verbal communication skills  Technologically adept – able to use productivity tools to get more things done Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and able to operate in a fast-paced remote working environment  An initiator, integrator and able to work independently with minimum supervision At least 2 years as a functional program manager or worked  in a supervisory capacity – delegating and overseeing staff performance Experience in DEI and Non-Profit industry a plus Multilingual abilities preferred

Program Manager salary: $35 per hour, PART – TIME with potential to be full-time with  benefits


Client Services Specialists: 
 

Essential Functions/Tasks:

Process intake information from small business owners

Coordinate distribution of information verbally or online regarding programs available to all small business owner inquiries

Work with manager and board members as needed to ensure a timely and smooth transition for the execution of all projects

Coordinate the distribution of materials between small business owner clients and relevant partners

Assist in preparation of report elements as needed by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data

SOCIAL MEDIA :  

Set-up profiles & design/upload banners/images

Set-up automated posting tool

Conduct competitor analysis

Draft a 90-day social media plan

Design & source images

Compile testimonies & quotes

Gather research

Create captions & research hashtags

Create post content from course videos & blog content

Schedule content Moderate comments


WESITE & BLOG:

Set-up hosting, domain & theme Basic SEO

Tailor theme with branding

Apply & upload images/copy/content

Design and upload blog

Set-up contact/opt in forms

Set-up pop-ups Integrate calendars

CRM and email responders

Set-up and monitor chatbot

Manage updates, build new pages

Monitor Blog comments Set-up

Google analytics

Troubleshoot errors


EMAIL MARKETING:

Set-up autoresponder

Create automated nurture

Upload contacts and keep updated


Schedule email broadcasts

Segmenting contacts and creating lists

Creating reports/dashboards & tracking email metrics

FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM: 

Set-up Facebook/Instagram

Business accounts including 

Groups Design banner & graphics

Add welcome post, description, guidelines & membership questions

Join similar groups for post inspiration (competitor research)

Create a 90-Day Content Plan

Design images & posts Reporting and making recommendations based upon findings

Create post content from course videos & blog content

Approve join requests (group &/or personal)

Schedule content

Moderate comments and engage w/ members

Collect testimonies/videos/images for blog &/or emails

FACEBOOK ADS:

Create Facebook Page & design cover image

Set-up Facebook

Business Manager

Daily Facebook ads tracking spreadsheet

Moderate Facebook ad comments


ONLINE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING:

Set-up online calendar Integrate w/ CRM & Calendar Create email reminders

Embed calendar (website/landing page)

Pre-appointment reminders (email/text)

Appointment rescheduling & no-show follow-up

Meeting preparation

Attend and take notes

Post-appt email and follow-up (with relevant notes & action items)




WEBINARS:

Prepare & design slides

Edit webinar videos

Upload to video hosting platforms

Set-up Webinar  Moderate and provide support during webinar

VIDEO EDITING:

Import, edit & save videos

Upload to video hosting platforms

​Embed in online portal and on landing pages




Qualifications:  
High school diploma or equivalent experience, Strong written and verbal communication skills,  An initiator, integrator and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast pace working remotely.  Multilingual abilities are favorable.

Salary range: $17 per hour, FULL TIME with benefits 

Duration:  April 2022 – June 2023 Location:  Remote/Work from Home, Office work within 2022 Equipment:  Must have internet and phone service to work remotely.

Laptop and related software/programs will be provided. Some travel requirements within Oregon 20%
