This committee is responsible for assisting government implemented programs that will enhance tourism and trade between Oregon and the Philippines , as well as the Pacific Northwest . It also serves a resource on issues regarding Philippine-American tourism and trade.

Public Relations
The public relations committee works to bridge, develop, and grow business relationships in the Asian community. It's responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance PACCO's image in the general business community. It also increases and retains corporate and individual membership enrollments, and promotes networking events that leads businesses and consumers to engage in more business opportunities with Asian-owned or managed business enterprises.
