There is a critical need for clear and complete communication. Proactive listening is a powerful tool for ensuring that you have the information you need to do your job. It is also an important component in building and maintaining strong working relationships. In this module, you will learn verbal and nonverbal techniques for moving from a reactive to a proactive approach to listening.
